Steps to Initiate a Return

Approval
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged, Cure2Day will cover the return shipping costs.
- For eligible unopened non-prescription items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds and Replacements
Transit Damage or Loss
A full refund or replacement will be provided for products lost or damaged during transit.
Partial Deliveries
You will only be charged for the items received. Any missing items will be refunded.
Wrong Item Delivered
Please contact us with supporting images. We will arrange a refund or replacement after verification.
Refund Timeline
